  2. What is the duration of this promotion?

    The Promotion Period is from 8th April 2024 until 31th Dec 2024, inclusive of both dates.

  3. Who is eligible for this promotion?

    First Time New User who purchased a comprehensive car insurance/ takaful on CarInsure via Touch ‘n Go eWallet and apply the promo code “USER2024” during the promotion period.

  4. Is the promotion valid on all platforms?

    This promotion is only valid for purchases made on CarInsure found within the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

  5. Can I purchase multiple insurance policies/ takaful certificate to be entitled for the Cashback in this Promotion?

    Yes, you can purchase/ renew multiple insurance policies/ takaful certificate via CarInsure but only the first policy/certificate is entitled for the Cashback, subject to the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

  6. Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?

    The Cashback is only limited to the first 2,800 comprehensive policies/certificates throughout the Promotion Period based on a “first come, first served” basis. The Promotion will cease once the ‘USER2024’ promo code has been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.

  7. When will I receive the cashback?

    You will receive the Cashback in your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account within 10 working days after issuance of the said policy.

  4. Adakah promosi ini sah digunakan di semua platform?

    Promosi ini hanya sah bagi pembelian yang dilakukan melalui CarInsure yang didapati di dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

  5. Bolehkah saya membantu ahli keluarga / rakan saya untuk memperbaharui insurans/ takaful kereta mereka?

    Ya, anda boleh membeli/ memperbaharui beberapa polisi insurans/ sijil takaful melalui CarInsure tetapi hanya polisi/sijil takafil pertama layak mendapat Pulangan Tunai, tertakluk kepada Terma dan Syarat Promosi.

  6. Adakah terdapat sebarang had/pembatasan bagi promosi ini?

    Pulangan Tunai hanya terhad kepada 2,800 polisi/sijil komprehensif yang terawal sahaja sepanjang Tempoh Promosi berdasarkan giliran. Promosi akan dihentikan apabila kod promosi “USER2024” telah ditebus sepenuhnya atau pada tamat Tempoh Promosi, yang mana lebih awal.

  7. Bilakah saya akan menerima diskaun ini?

    Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet dalam masa 10 hari bekerja setelah penerbitan polisi/sijil tersebut.
