This promotion rewards eligible users who apply the promo code “MERDEKA68” during the purchase of a comprehensive car insurance policy or takaful certificate via CarInsure in the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app.

  • New-to-CarInsure (NTC) users will receive RM50 cashback per transaction, subject to a minimum Gross Premium of RM500.

  • NTC users who do not meet the minimum Gross Premium requirement of RM500 will only be entitled to RM20 cashback.

  • Existing-to-CarInsure (ETC) users will receive RM20 cashback per transaction.

Cashback is valid for transactions completed during the Promotion Period, while funds last.

Q2: What does "New-to-CarInsure" mean?
“New-to-CarInsure” (NTC) refers to users who have never previously purchased a car insurance policy or takaful certificate via CarInsure using their Touch ‘n Go eWallet account.

Q3: What does "Existing-to-CarInsure" mean?
“Existing-to-CarInsure” (ETC) refers to users who have successfully completed at least one CarInsure transaction in their Touch ‘n Go eWallet account prior to this Promotion.

Q4: What is the duration of this promotion?
The Promotion Period runs from 25 July 2025 to 30 September 2025, inclusive of both start and end dates.

Q5: Is there a capping for this promotion?

Yes, total cashback allocation for this Promotion is capped at RM99,000 on a first-come, first-served basis. The Promotion will end once the allocation is fully redeemed or at the end of the Promotion Period, whichever occurs first.

Q6: What is the difference between comprehensive and third-party, fire and theft (TPFT) coverage?

  • Comprehensive insurance/takaful provides coverage for:

  • Loss or damage to your own vehicle (e.g., due to accident, fire, or theft)

  • Third-party bodily injury, death, and property damage

  • Third-party, fire and theft (TPFT) insurance/takaful covers:

· Injury, death, or property damage caused to third parties

· Fire damage or theft of your own vehicle

· It does not cover damage to your own car due to accidents.

Q7: Is this promotion valid across all platforms?
No. This promotion is exclusively valid for purchases made via CarInsure within the Touch ‘n Go eWallet app. Purchases made via other channels are not eligible.

Q8: Can I purchase multiple insurance policies or takaful certificates to receive cashback?
Yes. You may purchase or renew multiple comprehensive policies via CarInsure.
Each eligible transaction may qualify for cashback, subject to availability and in accordance with the Promotion Terms and Conditions.

Q9: When will I receive the cashback?
Eligible cashback will be credited to your Touch ‘n Go eWallet account within 10 working days after the issuance of the qualifying insurance policy or takaful certificate.

Promosi ini memberikan ganjaran kepada pengguna yang layak apabila mereka memasukkan kod promo “MERDEKA68” semasa pembelian polisi insurans kereta atau sijil takaful komprehensif melalui CarInsure di aplikasi Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
• Pengguna New-To- CarInsure (NTC) akan menerima pulangan tunai sebanyak RM50 bagi setiap transaksi, tertakluk kepada Premium Kasar minimum sebanyak RM500.
• Pengguna NTC yang tidak memenuhi syarat Premium Kasar minimum RM500 hanya akan layak menerima pulangan tunai sebanyak RM20.
• Pengguna Existing-To-CarInsure (ETC) akan menerima pulangan tunai sebanyak RM20 bagi setiap transaksi.
Pulangan tunai ini sah untuk transaksi yang disempurnakan dalam Tempoh Promosi, selagi peruntukan masih tersedia.
