Q4 Is the promotion valid on all 2HUNGRY platforms?
This promotion is valid for transactions made on the 2HUNGRY app found within the Touch ‘n Go eWallet only. This promotion is NOT valid for purchases made on 2HUNGRY’s own application.
Q5 Are there any capping/limitations to this promotion?
Each Discount is limited to first 5,000 eligible transactions only. The Promotion will cease once the Discounts have been fully utilized, or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
Q6 When will I receive the discount?
The discount will be applied immediately at the check-out page if the user meets the eligibility criteria.
Q7 Who should I contact if the promotion does not work as expected?
Users shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalizing the payment. In the event the discount has not been applied, do not proceed with the payment and contact 2HUNGRY via email at cs@hungry.app.
