Touch ‘n Go eWallet is committed to improve our user experience and provide a secure platform on our eWallet application. We will have our system maintenance from 10pm on 28 September 2021 to 2am on 30 September 2021.
We advise our users to perform all necessary transactions on your eWallet before the above mentioned maintenance time. If you encounter any difficulties to access your eWallet application during the above mentioned maintenance hours, kindly get in touch with our careline service for assistance.
Have you updated your Touch ‘n Go eWallet to the latest version?
We encourage all our users to update their eWallet to the latest Android/IOS version. If you already have the eWallet installed, do remember to check for updates.
You can also manually download the latest version by:
1. Access to Apple Store/Google Play Store
2. Select Touch ‘n Go eWallet application
3. Select "Install"/“Update”
4. Once the software is installed, re-start the eWallet application
5. Your eWallet app has been updated
