The Goal Hunter

Terms & Conditions:

1.     Minimum spend of RM25 is required to utilize this Cashback Voucher.

2.     This Cashback Voucher is valid at all CU outlets and for over-the-counter payments using the Touch N Go eWallet “Pay” function only.

3.     Each user is only entitled to claim maximum TWO (2) CU Cashback Voucher throughout the Promotion Period per eligible reward chance in a month.

4.     The Cashback Voucher(s) claimed will be automatically utilized in the next eligible transaction.

5.     Only ONE (1) Cashback Voucher can be used per transaction. The Cashback Voucher for this promotion may not be used in conjunction with other campaigns and/or promotions by TNGD.

6.     The Cashback Vouchers claimed are non-reversible. Once claimed, users may not unclaim the voucher and choose a different one.

7.     The cashback amount will be credited into user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet immediately upon successful transaction.

8.     The validity of each Cashback Voucher is 30 days from the point of voucher claimed. Any unused vouchers thereafter will expire.

9.     The Cashback Vouchers are claimed according to first come first served basis. Please refer to the quantity limit for each Cashback Voucher category as summarized in the The Goal Hunter Campaign Terms and Conditions.

10.  These Terms and Conditions shall be further subject to and be read together with The Goal Hunter Campaign Terms and Conditions.

11.   The ‘Send’ feature allow Users to send Cashback Voucher to another User.

12.   To send the Goal Hunter vouchers that with the ‘Able to send’ banner on it, the sender will need to claim the vouchers first, then send it using this ‘Send’ feature to another User(s).

13.  All the vouchers that received by the Users will be available in receiver’s My Rewards – Vouchers section immediately upon successful transfer.

14.  Only active vouchers which is still within validity period can be sent to another User.

15.  The validity of the vouchers shall follow the expiry date of the voucher when it first claimed by the sender.

16.  The voucher send via the 'Send' function will not be eligible for a refund or return to the sender.

Terma & Syarat

1.              Perbelanjaan minimum RM25 diperlukan untuk keterpakaian Baucar Pulangan Tunai ini.

2.              Baucar Pulangan Tunai ini sah untuk pembelian di semua cawangan-cawangan CU dan hanya boleh diggunakan untuk pembayaran di kaunter menggunakan fungsi “Bayar” dalam applikasi Touch N Go eWallet.

3.              Setiap pengguna hanya layak menerima DUA (2) Baucar Pulangan Tunai CU sepanjang Tempoh Kempen ini.

4.              Baucar Pulangan Tunai yang ditebus akan digunapakai dalam transaksi secara automatik sekiranya memenuhi kriteria kegunaan baucar tersebut.

5.              Hanya SATU (1) Baucar Pulangan Tunai boleh digunakan dalam satu transaksi dan Baucar Pulangan Tunai ini tidak boleh digunakan bersama tawaran promosi dan/atau kempen yang lain daripada TNGD.

6.              Baucar Pulangan Tunai yang telah ditebus tidak boleh dipulangkan balik. Setelah anda telah menebus Baucar Pulangan Tunai tersebut, anda tidak boleh berpatah balik untuk memilih Baucar Pulangan Tunai yang lain.

7.              Amaun pulangan tunai akan dikreditkan terus ke akaun TNG eWallet selepas transaksi berjaya dilaksanakan.

8.              Setiap Baucar Pulangan Tunai mempunyai tempoh sah 30 hari dari tarikh penebusan baucar tersebut.

9.              Kelayakan penebusan Baucar Pulangan Tunai adalah atas dasar siapa cepat, dia dapat. Sila rujuk kepada kuantiti yang tersenarai dalam terma & syarat Promosi untuk setiap kategori Baucar Pulangan Tunai.

10.           Terma & Syarat ini harus diperhatikan bersama Terma & Syarat Kempen The Goal Hunter.

11.           Ciri 'Hantar' membolehkan Pengguna menghantar Baucar Pulangan Tunai kepada Pengguna lain.

12.           Untuk menghantar baucar Goal Hunter dengan sepanduk ‘Able to Send’ padanya, pengirim perlu menuntut baucar terlebih dahulu, kemudian menghantarnya menggunakan ciri ‘Hantar’ ini kepada Pengguna lain.

13.           Semua baucar yang diterima oleh Pengguna akan tersedia dalam bahagian ‘My Rewards – Vouchers’ penerima sebaik sahaja pemindahan berjaya.

14.           Hanya baucar aktif yang masih dalam tempoh sah boleh dihantar kepada Pengguna lain.

15.           Tempoh sah baucar hendaklah mengikut tarikh luput baucar apabila ia mula dituntut oleh pengirim.

16.           Baucar yang dihantar melalui fungsi 'Send' tidak akan layak untuk bayaran balik atau pemulangan kepada pengirim.
