Each verified TNG eWallet user is assigned a DuitNow account number, allowing employers to disburse salaries via DuitNow bulk transfers through their existing bank cash management platforms, without system integration or retraining. Digital salary payments also improve payroll transparency, reconciliation and audit readiness, supporting stronger governance and regulatory compliance.
For HR and operations teams, TNG eWallet reduces administrative burden by enabling workers to manage account security directly within the app. Features such as PIN reset via face verification and instant card locking or replacement reduce the need for HR intervention and improving operational efficiency.
For migrant workers, TNG eWallet provides a secure way to store wages digitally, withdraw cash and make payments worldwide using the Touch ’n Go eWallet Visa Card. Workers can also enjoy free peer to peer transfers, DuitNow bank transfers and convenient in app remittance services to send money home.
