If you think you've been tricked into sending money—such as someone pretending to be a trusted person, offering fake deals, or pressuring you to pay—you may have been scammed. Please fill in the form below, and our team will investigate and take necessary action against the scammer(s).

If you have more than one scam transaction, you only need to submit this form once. Just list all related transactions in the "Please provide all related transaction numbers" section.

We also strongly recommend that you:

Call the National Scam Response Centre (NSRC) at 997 to report the incident. The NSRC is available daily from 8am to 8pm. Reporting within 24 hours of the incident can help improve the chances of recovery of your money.

⚠️Important: If you see a transaction in your account that you did not make or approve, this is called an unauthorised transaction. Please report it to us using a separate form here.
