3. Who is eligible for the TNG eWallet Visa Card Travel Cashback campaign?

Campaign is open to all TNG eWallet Visa cardholders that meet the following conditions (“Eligible Spend”):

a. Applicable to users who have registered their TNG eWallet with a valid registered mobile number and successfully activated their TNG eWallet Visa Card.

b. Perform an overseas and in-store transaction using your TNG eWallet Visa Card by presenting it physically at merchant locations outside of Malaysia.

c. Transactions made must be successfully processed and not voided or reversed.

d. Transactions made at the following merchant category codes are excluded as an Eligible Spend:

4. How will the cashback be credited?

The cashback will be credited to your eWallet account after each completed Eligible Spend. In the event Eligible Spends are refunded, cancelled, voided, or reversed, TNGD reserves the right to deduct the Campaign Cashback that has been credited to TNG eWallet Visa cardholders without prior notice.

a. Anda mestilah pengguna yang telah mendaftarkan TNG eWallet dengan nombor mudah alih berdaftar yang sah dan berjaya mengaktifkan Kad Visa TNG eWallet.

b. Melakukan transaksi luar negara dan di dalam kedai menggunakan Kad Visa TNG eWallet anda dengan mengemukakannya secara fizikal di lokasi peniaga di luar Malaysia.

c. Memastikan transaksi yang dibuat berjaya diproses dan tidak dibatalkan atau diterbalikkan.
