A1        Users will be able to enjoy promotion of 50% off capped at (RM8.00) for bus tickets on Redbus’s app or, with the promotion code “CNYRB” throughout campaign period.

Q2        What is the duration of this Campaign?

A2        The Campaign is valid from 15th – 21st January 2022, or when all RM40,000.00 worth of cashback redemptions is fully redeemed, whichever is earlier.

Q3        Who is eligible for this Campaign?

A3        All Redbus users are eligible for this campaign however campaign. Each user will be eligible for ONE (1) redemption only throughout campaign period

Q4        Is there a minimum order required to be eligible to use the Campaign?

A4        No, there is no minimum spend required to enjoy this campaign however the 50% discount is capped at RM8.00

Q5        Can the promo code be utilized at any time?

A5        This promo code can be used at any time throughout campaign period.

Q6        Can the Campaign be used together with other Campaigns?
