Q1     What is this promotion?

A1      Eligible users who perform a mobile prepaid top-up transaction via Prepaid function with a minimum amount of RM5 will receive a cashback of RM2.50.

Q2     What is the duration of this promotion?

A2      This promotion is valid from 9 November 2021 to 31 December 2021.

Q3     Who is eligible for this promotion?

A3      Open to selected users based on these qualifying criteria:

(i) Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who have never topped up via Prepaid function before; or

(ii) Touch ‘n Go eWallet users who have not topped up via Prepaid function for more than 90 days; or

(iii) Newly registered Touch ‘n Go eWallet users.

Q4     What is the maximum cashback I can receive?

A4      The maximum cashback eligible users can receive is RM2.50.

Q5     When will I receive the RM2.50 cashback?

A5      The cashback amount will be credited into user’s Touch ‘n Go eWallet immediately upon successful eligible transaction.

Q6     How many times can I be entitled for the RM2.50 cashback?

A6      Each user is entitled to get ONE (1) time cashback only.

Limited to first 240,000 eligible transactions. This promotion will cease once the limit of the eligible transactions has been reached or at the expiration of the promotion period, whichever is earlier.

J1      Pengguna layak yang melakukan transaksi tambah nilai melalui fungsi Prabayar dengan amaun minimum RM5 akan menerima pulangan tunai RM2.50.

S2      Bilakah tempoh promosi ini?

J2      Promosi ini sah dari 9 November 2021 sehingga 31 Disember 2021.

S3     Siapakah yang layak untuk promosi ini?

J3     Terbuka kepada pengguna terpilih berdasarkan kriteria kelayakan berikut:

(i) Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang tidak pernah menambah nilai melalui fungsi Prabayar sebelum ini; atau

(ii) Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet yang tidak melakukan tambah nilai melalui fungsi Prabayar lebih daripada 90 hari; atau

(iii) Pengguna Touch ‘n Go eWallet baharu yang telah berdaftar.

S4       Apakah pulangan tunai maksimum yang boleh saya terima?

J4       Pulangan tunai maksimum yang boleh diterima oleh pengguna yang layak ialah RM2.50.

S5       Bilakah yang akan saya terima pulangan tunai RM2.50 tersebut?

J5       Amaun pulangan tunai akan dikreditkan terus ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet selepas transaksi yang memenuhi syarat berjaya dilaksanakan.

S6       Berapa kali saya berhak untuk pulangan tunai RM2.50 tersebut?

J6       Setiap pengguna berhak mendapat SATU (1) kali pulangan tunai sahaja.

Terhad kepada 240,000 transaksi terawal yang memenuhi syarat. Promosi ini akan berakhir apabila had transaksi layak telah dicapai atau pada tamat tempoh promosi, yang mana lebih terdahulu.
