A1      Users who use KLIA Ekspres’s Mini Program, a sub-application in Touch ’n Go eWallet to make a booking throughout campaign period will enjoy a cashback of RM3 with minimum spend of RM30.00.

Q2       What is the duration of this Campaign?

A2        The Campaign is valid from 20th January 2022 – 20th April 2022.

Q3       Who is eligible for this Campaign?

A3        All KLIA Ekspres users are eligible for Campaign.

Q4       Is this Campaign valid on KLIA Ekspres’ own App or over the counter purchases?

A4        No, this is valid for bookings made on KLIA Ekspres’ Mini Program, the sub application located in Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

Q5       Is there a minimum order required to be eligible to use the Campaign?

A5        There minimum order is RM30.00 to be eligible for this Campaign.

Q6       What is the maximum number of redemptions?

A6      The cashback is capped at the first 5,000 redemptions, and capped at ONE (1) time per user throughout Campaign period. The Campaign will cease once all cashback transactions have been fully utilized or at the expiration of the Campaign period, whichever is earlier.

Q7       Where will I receive the cashback from this Campaign?

A7        The cashback will be credited back to the respective Touch ‘n Go eWallet within three (3) working days (Monday till Friday, excluding Malaysia public holidays) after the transaction is made.

J1      Pengguna yang menggunakan KLIA Ekspres Mini Program, sub-aplikasi di dalam aplikasi Touch ’n Go eWallet akan menikmati pulangan tunai RM3.00 dengan perbelanjaan minimum RM30.00.

S2        Apakah tempoh Kempen ini?

J2        Kempen ini sah dari 20 Januari 2022 sehingga 20 April 2022.

S3        Siapa yang layak untuk menikmati Kempen  ini?

J3        Kesemua pengguna KLIA Ekspres layak menikmati Kempen ini.

S4        Adakah Kempen ini boleh digunakan di aplikasi KLIA Ekspres atau untuk pembelian di kaunter?

J4        Tidak, Kempen ini dihadkan di Mini Program KLIA Ekspres,’ sub-aplikasi di dalam Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

S5        Adakah terdapat tempahan minimum diperlukan bagi menikmati Kempen ini?

J5        Ya, perbelanjaan minimum RM30.00 deperlukan untuk menikmati pulangan tunai.

S6        Berapakah bilangan penebusan bagi setiap pengguna untuk Kempen ini?

J6        Pulangan tunai ini dihadkan kepada SATU (1) kali sepanjang tempoh Kempen, dan dihadkan kepada 5,000 penebusan terawal. Kempen ini akan berakhir apabila kesemua transaksi pulangan tunai telah dicapai atau tempoh Kempen tamat, yang mana yang lebih terdahulu.

S7        Bagaimanakah saya akan mendapat pulangan tunai dari Kempen ini?

J7        Pulangan tunai akan dikreditkan ke akaun Touch ‘n Go eWallet pengguna dalam masa tiga (3) hari bekerja (Isnin hingga Jumaat, tidak termasuk hari cuti umum Malaysia) dari tarikh transaksi.
