A1 This Campaign offers eligible users who reload a minimum of RM500.00 in their Touch ‘n Go eWallet (“eWallet”) with a valid and active Citi Credit Card or Citi Debit Card (“Citi Card”) will get RM25 cashback credited into their eWallet.

Q2 What is the duration of this campaign?

A2 This campaign is valid on 17 September 2021 only.

Q3 How much should I reload in my eWallet to be eligible to get cashback?

A3 You need to reload a minimum of RM500.00 in your eWallet.

Q4 What is the maximum cashback amount I can receive?

A4 Eligible Citi Card will get maximum cashback of RM25.00

Q5 What is the cashback capping of this Campaign?

A5 The offer is limited to a cap equivalent to RM50,000 over the campaign period on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q6 Will users be informed once the Cashback capping has reached?

A6 No, users will not be informed. Users would not get any cashback once the Cashback capping has reached.

Q7 I have reloaded less than RM500.00 into my eWallet using a Citi Card, how much Cashback do I get?

A7 If you have reloaded less than RM500.00 into your eWallet, you will not be eligible for any Cashback as the minimum reload amount has to be RM500.00.

Q8 When will I receive the Cashback in my eWallet?

A8 The Cashback will be credited into your eWallet within ten (10) working days from the reload date.

Q9 I did not receive my Cashback after 10 working days, what can I do?

A9 This could be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You did not reload a minimum of RM500.00 into your eWallet or;
  • You only reloaded before and/or after Offer Period or;
  • You did not use a valid Citi Card to reload eWallet or;
  • You have breached the User and General Terms and Conditions.

How do I reload my eWallet using credit card?

Step 1: Launch your Touch ‘n Go eWallet app

Step 2: Tap “+Reload” then Tap “eWallet Balance”

Step 3: Enter your preferred amount to reload and tap “Reload eWallet”

Step 4: Tap “New Credit/Debit Card” then fill in the card details.

Step 5: Key in One Time Password sent by your card issuing bank, then you are done.

S3 Berapakah jumlah tambah nilai eWallet untuk layak mendapat Pulangan Tunai ini?

J3 Anda perlu menambah nilai eWallet sekurang-kurangnya RM500.00.


S4 Apakah jumlah Pulangan Tunai maksima yang saya boleh terima?

J4 Kad Citibank yang layak akan menerima Pulangan Tunai maksima sebanyak RM25.


S5 Apakah jumlah had Pulangan Tunai untuk kempen ini?

J5 Tawaran adalah terhad kepada pulangan tunai bersamaan dengan nilai sebanyak RM50,000 sepanjang tempoh kempen atas dasar yang pertama didahulukan.



S6 Adakah pengguna akan dimaklumkan apabila had Pulangan Tunai telah pun tercapai?

J6 Tidak, pengguna tidak akan dimaklumkan. Pengguna tidak akan mendapat Pulangan Tunai apabila had telah tercapai.


S7 Saya telah pun menambah nilai kurang daripada RM500.00 ke dalam eWallet menggunakan Kad Citibank, berapakah Pulangan Tunai akan saya dapat?

J7 Jika anda menambah nilai kurang daripada RM500.00 ke dalam eWallet menggunakan Kad Citibank, anda tidak layak mendapat sebarang Pulang Tunai kerana anda perlu menambah nilai sekurang-kurangnya RM500.00.


S8 Bilakah akan saya menerima Pulangan Tunai di dalam eWallet?

J8 Pulangan Tunai akan dikredit ke dalam eWallet anda dalam tempoh sepuluh (10) hari bekerja selepas tarikh tambah nilai.


S9 Saya tidak mendapat Pulangan Tunai selepas 10 hari, kenapa dan apakah yang patut saya buat?

J9 Ini mungkin disebabkan oleh salah satu daripada sebab-sebab yang berikut:

  • Anda tidak menambah nilai sekurang-kurangnya RM500.00 ke dalam eWallet atau;
  • Anda hanya menambah nilai sebelum dan/atau selepas Tempoh Kempen atau;
  • Anda tidak mengguna Kad Citibank yang sah untuk menambah nilai eWallet atau;
  • Anda melanggar Terma dan Syarat Pengguna dan Am.
