This role is accountable for leading defined HR enablement domains covering Group wide HR systems, HR process effectiveness, and structured delivery of HR initiatives, ensuring consistent and high quality People & Culture outcomes across all entities within the Group.
In addition, the role provides Group level oversight and integration for culture related initiatives (including culture, employee engagement, DEI, and HR communications), ensuring these initiatives are enabled through clear processes, supported by appropriate systems, and aligned to Group business priorities and operating standards.
By owning defined HR enablement scopes end to end at Group level, the role partners closely with the CHRO, HR functional leaders, and cross functional stakeholders to ensure HR and People & Culture initiatives are coherent, scalable, and sustainably embedded across the Group, rather than implemented inconsistently by entity or function.
