Duties & Responsibilities

  • HR Data, Analytics & Reporting
  • Collect, maintain, and validate HR data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across trackers and reports.
  • Manage and prepare recurring HR reports and dashboards for leadership and management, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and data integrity.
  • Support HR analytics initiatives by revamping and standardizing key HR data trackers to build a central HR analytics repository and preparing clean and structured datasets and assisting with metric validation.
  • Proactively surface insights and trends for HRBPs where possible to enable faster diagnostics and informed decision-making.
  • Maintain up to date organizational charts, with at least monthly updates or as required.
  • Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations Support
  • Coordinate People Strategist-related employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and records are properly completed.
  • Conduct exit interviews for designated employee populations where applicable and support basic exit analysis.
  • Support probation review process by tracking timelines and ensuring outcomes are documented (confirmation, extension, or non confirmation).
  • Launch, track, analyze, and support reporting for 360° surveys during probation and performance cycles.
  • Performance, Talent & Rewards Enablement
  • Provide administrative and reporting support for performance management and annual rewards cycles.
  • Support talent management activities where necessary, including talent reviews, succession planning documentation, and development tracking.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Maintain standardized HR trackers, templates, and documentation to support consistency and audit readiness.
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of standard HR letters and communications (e.g. confirmation, extension).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline, standardize, or automate recurring HR administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain HR and People Strategist records, files, and repositories in a structured and accessible manner.
  • Vendor, Systems & Operational Support
  • Support HR vendor management by coordinating invoice processing and submission of PO/PR/GRN via internal systems.
  • Assist with basic HR system administration and data upkeep as required.
  • Provide ad hoc operational and administrative support to the People Strategist team.
  • Stakeholder Enablement
  • Act as a first point of contact for routine HR operational, data, or reporting queries.
  • Support change adoption for new HR processes, tools, or governance practices.

Requirements

  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, analytics, reporting, or similar support roles.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Data & Reporting
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and trackers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering; pivot tables preferred).
  • Strong attention to data accuracy and detail.
  • HR & Operations
  • Understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle will be an added advantage.
  • Interest and willingness to learn HR policies, documentation standards, and governance requirements.
  • Systems & Tools
  • Comfortable with digital tools and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Prior exposure to HRIS, dashboards, or workflow tools is an advantage but not required.
  • Organization & Documentation
  • Highly organized with the ability to maintain structured records and documentation.
  • Able to follow standard templates, processes, and compliance requirements.
