Duties & Responsibilities

  • 1. Responsible on new/potential partner acquisition and developing partner relationships across Parking & Mobility Ecosystem Unit (focus on Mobility Ecosystem including flight, ride-hailing, car sharing, bus ticketing, logistic, and others).
  • 2. Working with partners to identify business opportunities and devise, implement partnership marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • 3. Manage the relationships of key partners and continually monitor and evaluate the performance of the partnership against agreed KPIs to ensure business objectives are being met.
  • 4. Manage multiple partnerships or projects simultaneously across all phases of the project, from ideation to execution.
  • 5. Guide and motivate team members.
  • 6. Track expenses and manage budgets related to execution of partnership activities, agreements and across Mobility department.
  • 7. Track and monitor Mobility department budget and expenses throughout the financial year.
  • 8. Prepare reports on partnerships including market comparison analysis, feasibility studies, etc.
  • 9. Managing any ad-hock special projects/opportunities with partners as and when required.
  • 10. Liaise with cross-functional supporting teams to ensure partnership campaign success.
  • 11. End-to-end accountability of all aspect’s partnership including operational execution and planning.
  • 12. Lead and work closely with internal marketing and growth team to develop tactical and thematic campaigns and awareness programs for cross usage use cases.
  • 13. Responsible for other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by Head of Division/Department.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Transport Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years in business/product/brand management experience in Transport/OTA industry.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Business Development or equivalent.
  • Skill/Knowledge:
  • Knowledge of parking business, partnership marketing, affiliate marketing and co-branding.
  • Understanding of transport, finance and payment industry.
  • A passion for problem solving and turning challenges into opportunities for business growth.
  • Responsive and service oriented, able to work and maintain strong business partnerships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to deliver presentations to partners.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
