Lead and streamline analysis and reporting workflows to improve turnaround time and delivery quality.
Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams to provide data inputs for campaigns, merchant insights, and product initiatives.
Own measurement frameworks and evaluate the performance of campaigns and commercial initiatives using data-driven analysis.
Synthesize analytical findings into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making by business stakeholders.
Guide junior analysts on analytical approaches, quality standards, and best practices (where applicable).
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or applied machine learning, with exposure to business-facing analytics.
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modelling.
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
Working knowledge of common data science and ML libraries (e.g. pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost).
Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and insights
Interest or prior exposure to fintech, payments, or eCommerce domains.
Strong attention to detail and experience working with large, complex datasets.
Clear communicator, able to explain insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Experience with dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), A/B testing, time-series analysis, or customer/merchant segmentation is a plus.
