BackDuties & Responsibilities
- 1. Transaction Processing
- Execute daily settlement processes for transactions such as Direct Credit, Reload/Top-Up, Reload Pin
- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and within the defined cut-off time.
- Reconcile transaction records between internal systems, banks, and settlement reports.
- 2. Reconciliation & Verification
- Perform daily reconciliation between transaction reports and settlement bank statements.
- Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies or mismatches.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team or management in a timely manner.
- 3. Settlement Monitoring
- Monitor settlement activities to ensure funds are received from merchants, partners, or agencies.
- Ensure settlement is completed according to SLA and operational procedures.
- Track and verify settlement status with settlement banks and payment partners.
Requirements
- 1. Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in settlement operations, payment processing, reconciliation, or financial operations is preferred.
- Experience in banking, fintech, payment gateway, or e-wallet operations is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with settlement processes such as Direct Credit, Top-Up/Reload
- 2. Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of transaction reconciliation and settlement processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reconciliation, reporting).
- Experience using payment systems, banking portals, or ticketing systems (e.g., operations workflow tools).
- Ability to analyze transaction reports and identify discrepancies.
- 3. Work Management
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and daily operational cut-off times.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
