Duties & Responsibilities

  • Measure Communication Effectiveness:
  • (a) Track and analyze key performance metrics, including Click-Through-Rates (CTR), impressions, and engagement rates.
  • (b) Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
  • (c ) Prepare post campaign reports for campaigns to drive revenue based on media plans.
  • Results Monitoring:
  • (a) Monitor campaign results and provide insights to optimize performance.
  • (b) Support the team in identifying trends and actionable recommendations based on data.
  • In-App & Web Content Updates:
  • (a) Assist in updating in-app banner & website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • (b) Collaborate with the marketing team to upload new articles, promotions, and product updates.
  • (c ) Able to communicate with different stakeholders to ensure the synergy of each check points of contents are properly updated that align with brands guidelines.
  • Basic Design Changes:
  • (a) Make minor updates to creative assets using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) as needed.
  • (b) Ensure that all design changes align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
  • (c ) Provide value added and feedback to creative assets so that it matches the campaign goals and objectives.
  • Plus Points if able to conduct industry research / competitor analysis:
  • (a) Conduct research on industry trends and fintech developments to provide valuable insights.
  • (b) Analyze competitor strategies and campaigns to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Requirements

  • REQUIREMENTS
  • 1. Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • 2. Fluent in speaking & writing in Chinese and English (Writing & Reading)
  • 3. Has strong knowledge and interest with eWallet & online payments
  • 4. A resourceful & responsible individual that possesses creativity and can work under deadlines
  • 5. Basic understanding of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 7. Computer literacy - proficient in MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint & Word to produce reports, results and campaign briefs
