Coordinate and execute campaign setup on Campaign Management System (CMS)
Draft and maintain campaign Terms & Conditions (T&C) and FAQs.
Raise and track Jira tickets for BI requests such as tagging, user analysis, or data extraction.
Consolidate postmortem reports from CMS and Product Marketing teams.
Coordinate marketing assets between partners and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment.
Monitor and track campaign page footfall/traffic.
Execute A/B testing on campaign page; e.g. updating banners or page redirection link
Track status of agreement execution to ensure documents are approved before campaign start date.
Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and analysis.
Perform UI/UX reviews for eWallet FOP (Form of Payment) flows for key focus partners and newly onboarded partners.
Raise and manage SO/PR/PO/GRN for campaign and partnership-related requirements to ensure proper documentation and timely processing in coordination with Finance and Procurement teams.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Basic understanding of marketing, CRM, and UI/UX principles is a plus.
Familiarity with CMS, CRM tools, or Jira is an advantage.
