Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative support for stamping employment contracts, including full-time and fixed-term staff, offer letters, foreign worker contracts, contract renewals, and addendums to original employment letters.
  • Ensure all stamping documents are accurate, complete, and error-free before submission.
  • Maintain organized digital filing of all executed and stamped documents to ensure information is secure and easily retrievable.
  • Uphold confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee information.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative or HR tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Prior experience in administration, HR documentation, or data entry is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, meticulous and ability to efficiently process a high volume of documents.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
