Manage administrative support for stamping employment contracts, including full-time and fixed-term staff, offer letters, foreign worker contracts, contract renewals, and addendums to original employment letters.
Ensure all stamping documents are accurate, complete, and error-free before submission.
Maintain organized digital filing of all executed and stamped documents to ensure information is secure and easily retrievable.
Uphold confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee information.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative or HR tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
Prior experience in administration, HR documentation, or data entry is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, meticulous and ability to efficiently process a high volume of documents.
Able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
