Identify and onboard new merchants and brands to expand the digital voucher ecosystem and drive platform growth
Develop and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key brands across industries such as F&B, retail, lifestyle, travel, and services
Drive sales of digital vouchers through strategic partnerships, campaign and promotional initiatives
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, operations, and finance to ensure seamless merchant onboarding and successful campaign execution
Gather merchant insights and market feedback to influence product improvements and enhance digital voucher offerings
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new partnership opportunities and growth strategies
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance analysis, and business insights to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any field, with at least 4 years of working experience
Prior working experience in marketing, business development, fintech and/or e-commerce is a plus
Experienced in management and leadership role
A strong team player and a fast-learner
Highly analytical and able to generate meaningful and actionable analysis; Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills
Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness
Good communication skills. English and Bahasa Malaysia language proficiency is a must. Mandarin will be an added advantage
