Build sustainable commercial models, including affiliate earnings, co-funded deals, and value-exchange partnerships by working closely with internal teams (Category Management, Marketing, Product, Data, Finance) to structure partnership models that benefit both users and merchants.
Explore new commercial opportunities — affiliate programs, voucher monetization, joint campaigns — to grow potential revenue and engagement.
Supply Management
Oversee the end-to-end supply strategy for rewards and vouchers to maintain a diverse and attractive catalogue for users.
Forecast and manage stock levels of digital and physical rewards to meet demand while minimizing wastage or expiry.
Monitor supplier and merchant fulfilment performance, ensuring timely delivery and user satisfaction.
Negotiate better supply terms and pricing to maximize value for the business and users.
Implement strong governance and audit processes for voucher and rewards inventory accuracy.
Stakeholder & Project Management
Serve as the link between Loyalty & Engagement, Category Management, and other internal teams (e.g., Product, Data, Finance, Risk, and Compliance).
Oversee campaign timelines, dependencies, and budgets to ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
Prepare performance reports and insights for leadership and key stakeholders.
Marketing Execution
Drive go-to-market strategies for new loyalty features, campaigns, and reward launches to maximize adoption and engagement.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to craft impactful campaign messaging, creative assets, and push communication.
Work with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to continuously refine user journeys and in-app touchpoints to increase reward discovery and conversion.
Market & Competitive Insights
Stay updated on market trends, competitor loyalty programs, and innovative engagement mechanics.
Provide recommendations for new reward categories, supply models, and user experience improvements to stay competitive.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Min. 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in business and marketing/campaign related field.
