Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as adviser and coordinator related matters of Sage X3 & Oracle system (inclusive entire Sage X3 & Oracle modules).
  • Manage the team for the month end close to ensure the deadlines & deliverables as agreed in the SLAs are completed on time.
  • Review the KPI metrics related to the function and provide commentaries & root cause analysis where required for further discussion with the Process Lead related to Sage X3.& Oracle
  • Involve in the manage conceptualisation of business process and present / recommend to Business Unit for the individual project.
  • Ensure month end closing and reporting activities are performed accordingly. Other than that, settlement of the payment can performance accurately and timely within specified timescales.
  • Approve manual journals at month end with relevant supporting documents.
  • Stay updated on corporate accounting policies and support in the implementation of new policies or changes of the Sage X3 & Oracle system related.
  • Ensure compliance with required external and internal controls and support external and internal audits.
  • Support and co-ordinate on any ERP implementation project.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in related role and understand Sage X3 and Degree in IT related, able to work and learn other system (Oracle, SAP)
  • Certified Sage X3 Financial Consultant
  • Good communication skill and able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles to support the finance team.
  • Able to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and adapt as needed.
  • Great team player with strong communication skill to collaborate across various departments and level.
