Partnership Support: Assist in managing relationships with key partners across telco, bills, and digital lifestyle segments (e.g. app stores, streaming, productivity platforms).
Business Development: Support in identifying and evaluating new business or promotional opportunities that can increase user transactions and engagement.
Data Analysis & Insights: Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to gather and interpret data on partner performance, user transactions, and campaign results.
Campaign Execution: Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Compliance, Finance) to support rollout of campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
Reporting: Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal updates or partner meetings.
Innovation & Ideas: Propose creative ideas or small-scale experiments to improve partner performance and user experience.
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data interpretation.
