BackDuties & Responsibilities
- 1. GOrewards Planning & Execution:
- Execute monthly GOrewards campaigns (calendar scheduling, strategic, tactical and partner campaigns).
- Ensure timely asset curation and management with Brand and CRM.
- Serve as push notification (PN) curation specialist.
- Maintain users’ perceived points value through effective marketing.
- Run omni-channel marketing to deliver integrated communication across in-app, social media, ATL, PR, etc.
- 2. Catalogue Partner Coordination:
- Work closely with Catalogue & Partnerships teams to ensure catalogue hygiene and mechanics accuracy.
- Ensure all partner rewards meet publication standards and fulfil readiness requirements.
- Track partner performance and highlight fast-/slow-moving items.
- Manage internal documentation and readiness templates.
- 3. Campaign Planning & Support (Big–Mid–Small):
- Develop and manage go-to-market (GTM) plans.
- Lead and support Big/Mid/Small campaigns in planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Work closely with Product and UED to ensure stable campaign pages with strong UI/UX for better customer experience.
- Perform UAT testing for campaign readiness and flag issues proactively.
- Curate and manage campaign assets for both in-app and out-of-app channels.
- 4. Reporting & Analysis Support:
- Extract and analyze daily/weekly/monthly redemption data.
- Update GOrewards, catalogue, and campaign performance trackers.
- Provide basic insights and anomaly detection for post-campaign analysis.
- Maintain clean and reliable data sources for the Growth team.
- Support Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives.
- 5. Cross-BU Collaboration:
- Liaise with CRM for segmentation, tagging, and push requests.
- Work with Financial Services, Commercial, Merchant Services, and Brand teams to maximize campaign impact.
- Coordinate with PD and UED for UX improvements, bug reporting, and UAT.
- Work with Ecosystem & Taskforce teams to support strategic gaps.
- Support deep analysis, creative ideation, market research, segmentation, and A/B testing to drive Growth KPIs.

- CRM, PD, UED, Brand, Catalogue Management, Partnerships, Ecosystem, Digital Marketing, Cross-BU Product Marketing
Requirements
- 1. Technical Skills:
- Strong confidence in planning, execution and contingency planning.
- Analytical skills across multiple platforms; able to extract data, build/read dashboards, identify gaps and propose next actions.
- Creative in developing marketing messages, USPs, PNs and engagement ideas.
- Skilled in experimentation and UAT.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (added advantage).
- Ability to manage in-app and out-app campaign assets across growth and digital marketing channels.

- 3. Experience & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Brand Management or related fields.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing or operations (internship experience acceptable).
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, or campaign operations is an added advantage.
- Strong organisational and coordination capabilities.
