Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsibilities
- End-to-end design process, such as prototyping, user flow, design research, wireframing,
- high fidelity UI, usability testing, design reviews and critiques, handoffs to developers, etc.
- Lead early design phase by organising ideation sessions, collaborating with our product
- managers, designers, and developers to turn that vision into reality
- Plan and conduct user research, discover opportunities, insights and requirements through
- data analysis and qualitative feedback
- To validate design solutions that are informed by user needs, insights and data, as well as
- aligned to business goals
- Be the mentor and leader to junior designers at any point of design process
- Adhere to the TNG eWallet Design Systems and contribute to the continuing development of
- Design Systems
- Follow up assigned projects and tasks timely and diligently
- To deliver and handoff designs to the development team in a way that requires minimal
- follow-ups
Requirements
- Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a UX/UI/Product Design role.
- Have succeeded in projects with support of UX design principles, or psychology of design
- and customer profile building
- Demonstrate your skills, thought process and knowledge with an online portfolio
- Familiarity with design sprints, ideation, user research, wireframes, prototyping, and visual
- design
- Strong understanding in usability design, UX research process and best practices
- Excellent proficiency in product design tools such as Figma, Marvelapp, Lottiefiles, Zeplin,
- and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experienced in building or maintaining design systems / design language in web and mobile
- apps is a plus
