Senior Graphic Designer will be involved in creative design process from concept to execution across a range of projects, ensuring that all visual deliverables align with brand standards and meet project objectives. He/she also will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Product Marketing, Social Media, and other related departments—to conceptualize and produce impactful designs for in-app materials, prints and social media assets.
KEY RESULTS AREA
1. Work closely with the supervisor and brand/marketing team to execute design briefs.
2. Produce visually impactful design solutions to communicate client or customer messages effectively.
3. Develop creative ideas and concepts, utilizing a wide range of media and styles, including photography and computer-aided design, to meet design objectives.
4. Make informed decisions or suggestions regarding colours, sound, artwork, photography, animation, typography, and the arrangement of visual elements across different media.
5. Collaborate as part of a team with copywriters, UI/UX designers, executives, and brand/marketing specialists to deliver high-quality design outcomes.
Requirements
Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Experiences:
At least 7+ years of professional experience as a designer in the industry.
Skills:
Passionate about creative design.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other related design software.
Skills in 3D and animation are an advantage.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
