Monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on marketing and growth metrics and split-test • Collect, clean, and prepare data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the creation of regular reports, dashboards, and presentations using business intelligence (BI) tools.
Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.
Collaborate with senior analysts and team members to understand business needs and project requirements.
Present findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support data-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and a strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Familiarity with at least one business intelligence (BI) tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Basic knowledge of a programming language like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a logical approach to analysis.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
