1. Collect, clean, and organize data to support better business decisions.
2. Analyze user behavior, transaction trends, and product performance to identify patterns and actionable insights.
3. Draft simple reports, visualizations and presentations summarizing and communicating key findings to the team.
4. Conduct targeted market and competitor research to complement internal data insights.
5. Ensure data analysis tasks are completed accurately, on time, and with attention to detail.
6. Assist with ad-hoc projects such as designing experiments, conducting simulations, or participating in refining analytical methods.
Requirements
1. Undergraduate/Final year currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistic, Mathematics or any related discipline
2. Sensitive to numbers and enjoy working on reports with numbers or charts
3. Analytical, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way
4. Proactive team-player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic SQL/Python.
6. Good command of both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
