BackDuties & Responsibilities
- Responsibilities:
 - Assist in the coordination and execution of onground campaigns, roadshows, or promotional events.
 - Support event preparation, including booth setup, logistics, merchandise arrangement, and stock inventory.
 - Act as brand ambassador on-site by engaging with consumers, explaining products/services, and providing samples or demonstrations.
 - Collect customer data, feedback, or survey responses during events.
 - Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, and external partners for smooth operations.
 - Help track campaign performance through on-site observations and reporting (photos, turnout, qualitative feedback).
 - Assist the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
 - Ensure proper brand visibility and compliance to brand guidelines at all event sites.
 
Requirements
- Requirements:
 - Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent.
 - Willing to work on weekends or during public events (with rest days adjusted accordingly).
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Confident, energetic, and enthusiastic in approaching the public.
 - Able to travel to various on-site locations.
 - Fluency in English; additional foreign language is a plus.
 - Prior experience in events, promotional work, or campus / association / community ambassador roles is an advantage.
 - Passionate about driving product awareness and customer engagement with a proactive and forward-thinking mindset.
