Duties & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy NADI Tech particularly on building the platform capability to support government subsidy initiatives – BUDI95 program and future initiatives. This comes along with all the ecosystem products that ties to the initiatives build and to be expanded.
  • Strategically plan out roadmap aligning with overall business goals
  • Manage relationship with stakeholders and partners including government agencies to align on strategy and product feature
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define product specifications, establish milestones and
  • manage quality for successful implementation of projects
  • Perform analysis of the product industry, and design suitable product solutions that solves the pain points of partners, clients and overall business goals.
  • Specify product definition, create & documentation necessary for implementation of product roadmap
  • Ensure seamless and user-friendly experience for any features developed
  • Responsible for ad-hoc assignment, function and other related duties specified by the Supervisor

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Possess tertiary or professional qualification from a recognized institution specializing in Business Administration, Science, and Information Technology or related Professional Certification.
  • Experience:
  • At least 3 - 5 years of product management experience, including, understanding the customer, requirement analysis, product design and offering development, pricing, competitive analysis, etc.
  • Ability to work with offshore teams, strong in multi-tasking and perform well under pressure
  • Solid understanding of the payments industry, which includes credit / debit card networks, issuers, acquirers, alternative payment channels is preferred
  • Experience specific to Payment Gateways is preferred such as integration to TPAs.
  • Track record in leading business critical projects of large scope
  • Skills/Knowledge:
  • Strong command of written and oral English
  • Able to co-ordinate activities by others and provide leadership to cross-functional project teams
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision, working mainly independently to achieve goals agreed with leadership
  • Well-developed presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information internally and externally at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data driven mindset
  • Able to write solution proposals
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint & Excel
  • Motivation to continuously improve one’s self
