Duties & Responsibilities

  • The Head of Talent Acquisition leads the organization’s end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with the company’s business goals and culture. This role is responsible for shaping the talent acquisition vision, driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, and building a high-performing, data-driven TA team. The incumbent partners closely with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and business heads to anticipate workforce needs and design innovative sourcing strategies to strengthen the company’s employer brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale or regional recruitment operations.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment technology platforms, analytics tools, and talent sourcing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws, workforce planning, and DEI best practices.
  • Proven ability to enhance candidate experience through innovation, data-driven approaches that improve engagement, conversion and satisfaction rates
  • Experience representing the organization at career fairs, industry event, and university partnership to strengthen talent visibility and pipelines
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate organizational strategy into actionable TA plans
