Duties & Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Account Management
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing OTA. travel ecosystem & affiliate partnersAct as the primary point of contact, ensuring partners are supported, engaged, and aligned on growth objectives.Proactively explore opportunities with untapped or emerging OTAs in global markets and to oversee onboarding & integration.Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with major partners to align on growth targets, marketing roadmaps and co-funded initiatives
  • Campaigns & Growth Initiatives
  • Design & Execute joint campaigns with partners (OTAs, tourism boards) to drive user adoptionPlan Incentives such as cashback, discounts, rewards, or loyalty tie-ins on Partners platforms or utilise our GoRewards to ultimately encourage users to select TNG eWallet as their preferred payment method.Coordinate Marketing Assets with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, CRM) to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and delivered effectively.Run Seasonal & Tactical Campaigns (e.g., MATTA Fair, Golden Week, 11.11) that target peak travel periods and outbound markets.Leverage Partner Channels by securing visibility on OTA homepages, apps, or destination marketing pages to maximize awareness and conversion.Track & Optimize campaign performance (GTV uplift, new users, repeat transactions, cost per acquisition) and adjust strategies based on data insights.Develop Playbooks of best practices to replicate successful campaigns across other partners and markets.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
  • Track KPIs such as bookings paid via TNG eWallet, conversion rates, campaign ROI,Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to optimize campaigns, checkout flows, and incentive structures.
  • Operational & Budget Management
  • Maintain accurate campaign cost records and work closely with Business Planning Team on obtaining budget approvalsTrack, monitor, and reconcile marketing budgets, particularly MDF (Market Development Fund), ensuring timely fund utilization and reporting
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to design and execute impactful partner campaigns.Coordinate with Operations and Finance to ensure seamless payment, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Stay up to date on travel and payment trends, including competitor activities.Share insights internally and with partners to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Reporting & Forecasting
  • Provide regular reporting on partner performance, risks, and opportunities.Forecast adoption, GTV contribution, and campaign impact from key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.3–7 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business development, ideally in travel, OTA, or fintech/payment sectors.Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts and improving partner performance.Strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience using data to optimize results.Skilled in relationship management, joint planning, and stakeholder alignment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.Familiarity with OTA ecosystems, travel payments, or cross-border QR solutions is a plus.
