Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of client partners in driving advertising sales
  • To provide strategic direction to the team and helping them achieve their sales targets
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends with potential new clients.
  • Drive negotiations with potential partners, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Execute successful deal closures that contribute to the overall expansion and success of the business.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners, fostering collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Develop compelling proposals tailored to the needs of potential partners.
  • Implement robust sales pipeline management strategies to optimize the efficiency of the sales process.
  • Campaign and business performance data analysis and reporting (internal and external).
  • Prepare comprehensive analysis and reports to provide insights into business performance, guiding strategic decisions and partners’ retention.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development /advertising sales / growth strategies with proven performance and results.
  • Has experience leading a team of salespeople
  • Able to demonstrate strong Client / Agency network in Malaysia.
  • Equipped with growth mindset, go-getter, self-motivated and
  • Results oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex and dynamic environment.
  • Highly motivated to solve complex challenges with a focus on delivering implementable solutions and results.
  • Data driven with good analytical skills.
  • Able to build rapport and communicate effectively with stakeholders from cross department.
