BackDuties & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of client partners in driving advertising sales
- To provide strategic direction to the team and helping them achieve their sales targets
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends with potential new clients.
- Drive negotiations with potential partners, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Execute successful deal closures that contribute to the overall expansion and success of the business.
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners, fostering collaboration and mutual growth.
- Develop compelling proposals tailored to the needs of potential partners.
- Implement robust sales pipeline management strategies to optimize the efficiency of the sales process.
- Campaign and business performance data analysis and reporting (internal and external).
- Prepare comprehensive analysis and reports to provide insights into business performance, guiding strategic decisions and partners’ retention.
Requirements
- Experience in business development /advertising sales / growth strategies with proven performance and results.
- Has experience leading a team of salespeople
- Able to demonstrate strong Client / Agency network in Malaysia.
- Equipped with growth mindset, go-getter, self-motivated and
- Results oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex and dynamic environment.
- Highly motivated to solve complex challenges with a focus on delivering implementable solutions and results.
