Duties & Responsibilities

  • Catalogue & Voucher Management
  • Own and manage the end-to-end product catalogue lifecycle: creation, enrichment, maintenance, and stock management of vouchers or product SKUs.
  • Analysing voucher redemption run rate, redemption trends, and monitor online customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for inventory and catalogue improvements.
  • Ensure all product information (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, tags, attributes) is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Work closely with Category Managers, Partnership Managers, Merchandisers, and Suppliers to onboard new products and update existing ones.
  • Work closely with TNGD internal business units to drive campaigns & vouchers supply to cross sell and upsell.
  • Responsible to determine the item value in the catalogue. This may involve conducting market research, analysing customer preferences, and setting competitive prices.
  • Selecting and curating a diverse and appealing range of items, experiences, or rewards that are attractive to the target audience of the loyalty program, which may include sourcing and managing lucky draw items for redemption.
  • Identifying and establishing relationships with suppliers, vendors, or partners who can provide the items or rewards featured in the catalogue. Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.
  • Scaling Solutions to Meet Business Needs
  • Implement taxonomy, tagging, and categorisation standards to optimize search, navigation, and user experience.
  • Drive improvements in loyalty and catalogue product quality and user personalization.
  • Use analytics to track catalogue performance, including conversion, bounce rates, and product visibility, working closely with the business and marketing teams
  • Work collaboratively with the business, marketing, and operations teams to support promotional and seasonal campaigns through timely updates to catalogue content.
  • Identify opportunities to personalise and segmentize catalogue offerings to meet business needs.
  • Lead periodic catalogue audits to remove duplicates, outdated products, or errors.
  • Coordinate with tech/IT teams for automation, bulk uploads, and system enhancements.
  • Budget Responsibilities and Governance
  • Responsible to manage the budget allocated for procuring catalogue items, lucky draw items, vouchers, etc.
  • Negotiate cost-effective deals with suppliers, and tracking expenses. Manage the loyalty redemption catalogue budget/SOPs to ensure efficient operations and financial effectiveness.
  • Ensuring that all items and promotions in the catalogue comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in catalogue or product content management, preferably in online marketplace (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
  • Good analytic, fluent BI dashboards, and problem solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CleverTap, digital catalogue, CMS platforms, Excel, or data tools.
  • Good stakeholder management and highly adaptable.
  • Proven past experience in catalogue management with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skill, combined with high self-initiative and agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great personality and good verbal and written communication skill.
