Requirements
Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
Experiences:
Experience: 6-8 years of interaction design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to lead design teams and develop growth-driven strategies. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate across teams and management.
Design Skills : Strong proficiency with UX Related Tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Balsamiq, Zeplin and related development tools such as JIRA & Confluence. Background in interaction design, psychology, or related fields is preferred.
Research Skills: Strong capabilities in user research and data analysis. Expertise in understanding the performance and impact of design, with a focus on rapidly iterating and improving designs. Experience in funnel analysis and user engagement strategies.
Personal Traits: Passionate about design, with a focus on data-driven growth and innovation. Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain high design standards. Willingness to go the extra mile.
