As a Junior Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in tracking and monitoring product performance, identifying issues and opportunities, and collaborating with the Product Development and Design teams to address these challenges. You will measure post-implementation results, set benchmarks or metrics for newly launched products, and help build a data-driven culture within the organization.
A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Track and monitor product performance using data-driven methods.

C. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1. Qualifications:
Understanding of statistics and mathematics and their application in a business/product context.
A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field is advantageous.
A willingness to learn and grow with the team across data and technology domains.
2. Experience:
1-2 years of experience in product analysis or a related field, including understanding customer requirements, product design, and development.
Familiarity with using big data, live streaming, and model deployment is beneficial but not essential for a candidate with a growth mindset.
Ability to work with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to experiment, build, release, and manage data products end-to-end is desirable.
3. Skills/Knowledge:
Strong command of written and oral English.
Ability to coordinate activities by others and provide leadership to cross-functional project teams.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively within the team and across the organization with minimal supervision.
Well-developed presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information internally and externally at all levels.
