You must file a claim within 90 days of the unauthorised transaction, providing the following documents:
A screenshot of your eWallet page with the unauthorised transaction
A screenshot displaying your mobile phone model and device name
A police report if the unauthorised transaction occurred via DuitNow QR, required by third-party operator as part of service procedure to facilitate investigation.
