Job Description
  • As a Product Manager, provide an expert view, guidance and recommend alternative solution to the Business Owner to achieve overall organization objectives.
  • Write user stories so that tech team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
  • Assist Acquiring PD lead in defining product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities.
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. 
  • Draft Product Requirement Document.
  • Work closely with UI/UX and Development team in iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
  • Work closely with Business and Operations to review requests and see if this aligns   according to business value, automating operational efforts or ROI.
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of sprint release.
  • Research and analyze changing user behavior and demands through app-store ratings, comments, feedbacks through emails and Contact Centre and develop a solid product road map.

Job Requirements
  • Possess tertiary or professional qualification from a recognized institution specializing in Business Administration, Science, and Information Technology or related Professional Certification
  • At least 2 - 4 years of product management experience, including, understanding the customer, requirement analysis, product design and offering development, pricing, competitive analysis, etc.
  • Experienced in Mobile App development or product management is preferred
  • Solid understanding of the payments industry
  • Ability to work with offshore teams, strong in multi-tasking and perform well under pressure
