Manager, Talent Acquisition

Job Description
  • Partner with the leadership and managers to gain a clear understand of recruiting needs and organizational goals
  • Identify and attract prospective Tech candidates using a variety of channels and job boards
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to issuing employment offers, across a variety of high-level roles
  • Defining and driving the recruitment and candidate experience strategy for all vacancies
  • Being a true talent advisor and coach for hiring managers and candidates - will hold hiring managers accountable for offering an outstanding candidate experience and support them to make the best hiring decisions.
  • Building a strong pipeline and engage talent through creative attracting and sourcing channels
  • Assessing recruitment data to define even better ways to attract and hire top talent
  • Gathering, tracking and sharing market intelligence related to salary trends, sourcing techniques and selection tools
  • Execute special project, including interview best practices, hiring manager/team training, and employer branding / recruitment marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business or any related field.
  • At least 10 years working experience leading recruitment team and managing resourcing matters
  • Solid recruitment experience in hiring especially Tech roles. Experience in Fintech/e-commerce recruitment will be added advantage
  • Understanding and experience of developing sourcing strategies and managing multiple recruitment channels to deliver recruitment targets within budget
  • Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with candidates as well as with stakeholders, business Units and external partner.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
