Manager, Financial Services (Product Life Cycle)

Job Description
  • Help define Financial Services product roadmap, goals, and vision
  • Manage product through the product development lifecycle by leading in-house teams in drafting business requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with team members to ensure product features are delivered according to specifications within the required timeline.
  • Work with UI/UX, product and project management teams to improve user experience towards that vision.
  • Assess impact of new product launches or implementation and develop roadmap of releases and identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive product adoption with a data-driven approach via all user touchpoints available.
  • Plan, implement and execute wholistic marketing initiatives to acquire, retain, cross-sell, and up-sell. To also monitor and analyse campaign and channel performance to ensure results are on track and identify problems / issues and recommend resolutions.
  • Identify and analyse new business opportunities and current market trends by conducting market research and obtain feedback from users / stakeholders and propose insights with the aim to capture market share and increase user activeness.

Job Requirements
  • Strategic thinker & innovator.
  • Experience in digital financial services is a plus but not a must.
  • Experience in financial an advantage but not a pre-requisite
  • Possess good analytical, cognitive, planning and presentation skillsets.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team and handle multiple projects.
  • Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.
  • Motivation to continuously improve one’s self.
