Manager, Business Continuity Management

Job Description

As the Manager of Business Continuity Management (BCM), you are responsible to review and revise TNGSB Business Continuity Management (BCM) Framework that consists of Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and other business recovery related matters.


Responsibilities

  • To ensure that the development of TNGSB Policy and OS/OPM on BCM, related documents and activities are in line with BNM Guidelines
  • To establish BCM committees and coordinate all BCM related meetings
  • To provide consultative advisory to business units to ensure readiness and adequacy of BCP for all units/departments of TNGSB.
  • To ensure that all outsourcing agreements contain terms and conditions that comply with regulations pertaining to BCP.
  • To assess outsourced providers to ensure BCP readiness during the tenure of agreement wherever possible.
  • To develop and manage company-wide BCM/BCP Awareness Program.
  • To conduct training and awareness to TNGSB staff on BCM/BCP.
  • To coordinate BCP and DR tests and submission of related reports to Management and Bank Negara Malaysia.
  • To assist the Unit Head in advising and assisting business units in resolving BCM issues.
  • Other duties as directed by Head of Risk Management Department.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree with related working experience.
  • CBCI or relevant professional certificate is a MUST
  • Min. 6 years working experience in BCM and risk management field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good analytical, cognitive, planning and organizing skillset
  • Possess good business understanding in order to identify the risks to company and the different internal and external factors that can affect its performance.
  • Able to work independently, as well as a good team player.
