Manager, Brand & Campaigns

Job Description
  • Work with Head of Brand in strategising, developing and implementing brand & key marketing plan for overall marketing plans which includes from creative ideation & brief to media planning for offline/online media types tactic implementation
  • An internal media consultant that manage and work with media agency in planning and buying of media types, including both offline/online from ATL – print, TV, ooh, digital and social.
  • Lead & project manage in development of key campaigns from budget planning, campaign ideation & planning to Go-to-market execution
  • Support & work across different departments such as Business intelligence, key accounts, CRM, Creative, product design & tech teams
  • Analyse and create post mortem reports on all marketing campaigns to measure its success and learn from insights.
  • Brand guardian for all marketing campaigns to ensure it is within the company brand and compliance policy.
Job Requirements
  • University degree in marketing, PR, communications or related disciplines.
  • Experienced working in marketing, advertising, PR or communications industry (5- 8 years).
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to establish positive relations with stakeholders.
  • A strong solution thinker in executing dynamic solution
  • Proven knowledge in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Positive can-do-attitude, multitasker.
  • Keen interest & understanding of Financial technology and user behaviour.
  • Ability to lead a dynamic cross-functional teams & departments.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms & tactics such as social media (Facebook, Instagram), Google, website, email & apps.
