Assistant Manager, SME Partnership Management

Job Description
  • Assistant in overseeing SME Merchant On-boarding Partnership projects which includes Partnership management, Merchant Acquisition, Merchant Retention and Merchant Active Ratio
  • Assist in building, expanding and managing SME chain through partnership as aligned to company objective to increase coverage / market share and manage all execution to increase merchant and user confidence and awareness of Touch ‘n Go eWallet
  • Achieves SME strategies and objectives by contributing market information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews and improvement process
  • Assist in overseeing all stages of partnership-conversion plan, implementation, rollout, review and improvement plan
  • Manage and sustains rapport with partners, agencies and agent.
  • Meets Group and Team merchant targets and MTU targets by creating partnership pipeline and plan
  • Accomplishes other SME commercial team and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Job Requirements
  • Possess tertiary or professional qualification from recognized institution specializing in Sales, Marketing or Management
  • Min 8 years working experience in partnership management, preferably in the e-wallet or other payment business.
  • People management experience including managing day-to-day client relationships, expectations and sales force management
  • Strong command of written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia. Possess good communication styles and able to leverage on team’s abilities.
  • Team player and able to work as a team with good interpersonal skills.
