Assistant Manager, Loyalty and Growth Projects

Job Description
  • End-to-end campaign planning and management to improve customer engagement & retention metrics
  • Plan campaigns based on user data to drive increase in customer life-time value across Touch n’ Go eWallets’ use-cases
  • Campaign-pitching to merchants with common objectives of driving returning users and repeat transactions
  • Close collaboration with key functional teams (business development, product, tech, finance, legal, business intelligence etc)
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to optimize campaign performance; such as identifying improvements required for campaign offering, redemption mechanics, communications, operations enhance etc.

Campaign Operations :

  • Acquire campaign budget approval from Finance
  • Develop Business Requirement Document (BRD) to raise campaign requirements and work with Product Managers & Product Developers for product capability review
  • Work with Marketing & Compliance for all campaign assets (in-app visuals & copy, campaign TNC and FAQ, campaign voucher copy etc)
  • Work with Risk team to prevent fraud cases that affects legitimacy of campaign
  • Work with Product Managers and Product Developers to ensure platform stabilization for optimal campaign performance (i.e.: product bandwidth performance testing and campaign pilot testing)
  • Work with Marketing to align on campaign communications plan roll-out with understanding in channel efficacy (in-app and paid marketing), user behavior and segmentation.
Job Requirements
  • At least 5 (five) years of relevant experience, preferably in loyalty or campaign related field
  • Proven experience in driving successful campaign or project
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Independent, organized, driven and result-oriented
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills to drive business impact based on data insights
  • Strong problem-solving skill, combined with high self-initiative and agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
