Assistant Manager, Finance Operations Analytics

Job Description
  • Propose and implement the right processes and procedures across Finance Operations Department
  • Perform continuous improvement to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Perform analysis to identify issues / gap and come up with proper resolution / action plan
  • Perform quality accounting review and insightful analysis to support business needs
  • Assist on new or special projects as assigned by management and provide support to finance transformation projects to ensure smooth integration
  • Perform revenue assurance monitoring to ensure complete, accurate and timely billing of products and services.
  • Performing regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams.
  • Propose control measures to mitigate revenue leakages issues identified.
  • Assist and support collection activities within the Unit.
  • Perform training and development process related to Finance Operations
  • Drive internal control compliance and ensure solid control documentation is developed and maintained, and team members are educated about internal controls
  • Drive project/process improvement/discussion with all level of stakeholders including challenging status quo when necessary
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders and able to drive execution of action plan towards closure of outstanding issue
  • Respond to any ad hoc request on analysis from top management / business unit
  • Support external and internal audit process
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Can-do attitude, able to attend to ad-hoc work requests and willing to commit to occasional long hours
  • Manage to work within tight deadline

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or any other related field
  • At least 3 - 5 years in related field
  • Have good appreciation of business. Able to develop financial models a big plus
  • Leadership experience a big plus as the role requires you to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders on multiple project teams
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Tech savvy and have strong interest in digitalisation and automation
