Verify your card for smooth reloads
Reloading your eWallet with Visa or Mastercard is getting a small but important upgrade. You’ll be asked to select between two options — whether it's your card or someone else's, as required under Visa and Mastercard's mandate.
This extra step helps keep every reload smooth, secure, and compliant with global standards. It’s especially important if you’ve saved a Visa or Mastercard in TNG eWallet for Quick Payments or Auto-Reloads.
The rollout will happen gradually, with full enforcement beginning 15 December 2025. Once verified, your reloads will continue to be seamless and worry-free — just as they should be. However, it's also important to note that if you do not perform any of these options, your reload transactions will fail.
