Touch 'n Go Chief Risk Officer
Dunstan was appointed Chief Risk Officer of Touch 'n Go Group on 1st November 2022. Prior to joining Touch 'n Go, he was with GHL Systems Berhad as Group Chief Risk Officer. He was responsible for Enterprise Risk Management, Credit Risk Operations and Merchant Risk Management covering its operations across Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia. He also held the position of Director for GHL Payments Sdn Bhd, a fully owned subsidiary of GHL Systems Bhd. He was responsible for obtaining the Money Lending License and the eventual launch of the merchant lending business for GHL Malaysia.
In his 25 years of Risk Management experience, Dunstan has held various positions with leading financial institutions such as CIMB Bank Bhd, OCBC Bank Bhd, Maybank Bhd, and American Express Malaysia managing a number of areas, including Card & Merchant Risk, Banking Risk, Fraud Risk, Audit and Training.
Dunstan obtained his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Australia. He is also a Certified Enterprise Risk Manager (ERM) from the Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners (IERP) in the UK where he currently serves as a Faculty Member. In addition, he is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Administrative Management (UK) and a Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM).
