Chief Human Resources Officer

Background

Erlny Greiss was appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer for Touch ‘n Go on 1 June 2020. She has more than 20 years of experience within Financial and Banking industry and a diversified and comprehensive background of Human Resource experiences and Cross Border Taxation.

In her current role at Touch ‘n Go, Erlny leads the Human Resource function, providing strategic HR business partnering to the organization, through HR functional expertise and function specific human resources interventions for the Touch ‘n Go Group. Erlny has her focus on developing and executing the human resource strategy in support of the overall organizational plan and strategic direction of the organization while also leading the HR Transformation and Cultural change.

Prior to that, Erlny was Director, Head of Regional Mobility & Expatriate at CIMB. She was responsible in designing and implementing a Regional HR (GEM) operating model across the region with streamlined processes towards assignment management. Prior to that, she was Senior Manager, Human Capital Tax Department at Ernst & Young China (Advisory) Limited, Shanghai, China.

Erlny graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons), Accounting And Finance from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom. She is also a Certified US Enrolled Tax Agent(EA), US IRS.
