Leslie Lip joined TNG Digital in 2019 and has since been involved in Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s ecosystem architectural design and governance while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to enrich products and services offered by the company. Recognised by the team for his extraordinary commitment through out his appointment as Chief Architect, Leslie was promoted to Chief Technology Officer in August 2021 to lead the Technology division in TNG Digital.
In his 10 years of experience in the Fintech industry, Leslie began his career as a software engineer and took part in developing banking applications for banks including Maybank2E, CIMB loan origination, OCBC retail banking portal, RHB retail banking portal and more. During his tenure he has held a variety of positions and was mostly accountable for Research & Development Innovation and Development portfolio for these institutions. He possesses strong technical skills, proven by his high-performance architecture designs down to hands-on coding implementation, automation testing, along with the continuous integration and deployment pipeline.
Leslie holds several professional certificates from Oracle, Microsoft, Cisco, Pivotal and MongoDB.
